This is a detatched unit of brick construction with upper parts cladding weatherboard under a slated roof with UPVC rainwater goods, double-glazed windows and internally the floor is laid with carpet and the accommodation has plastered walls, ceilings and electric heating.

This one of a pair of end on end units is of brick construction with part weatherboard elevations under mono-pitched profile sheet roof and UPVC framed double-glazed windows and shared toilet.

This unit (door furthest from the camera) is of lean-to construction adjoining an outbuilding of the adjoining Shedfield House. This one of a pair of end on end units is of brick construction with part weatherboard elevations under mono-pitched profile sheet roof and UPVC framed double-glazed windows and shared toilet.

This unit is built back to back with Units 2 & 3 and is of cavity brick construction under a slate roof and weatherboarded, clad gables. The windows are single-glazed timber casements and internally the accommodation has plastered walls and artex finished ceilings with Dimplex electric heating and a solid floor overlaid with carpet.

Similar to Unit 9, this unit is of lean-to construction of brick with weatherboard finish under slated roof and similarly fitted-out internally.
